Kickturn Marketing is a solo consultancy run by Jeff Lew. This page explains what information the site collects and what I do with it. The short version: I only collect what you send me, I use it to reply to you, and I do not sell it.
What I collect
The only information this site collects is what you choose to give me:
- When you fill out a form (the intake or the contact form), I collect your name, email, and whatever you write, so I can reply.
- Standard, anonymized traffic data (pages visited, rough location, device type) so I can see whether the site is working. This does not identify you personally.
I do not run ad-tracking pixels or sell data to third parties.
How I use it
I use what you send me to respond, to understand what you need, and to follow up if we start working together. That is the whole purpose. I do not add you to a marketing list without your say-so, and nothing you send triggers an automated sequence.
Who I share it with
I keep your information private. The only third parties that touch it are the tools that run the site and my inbox: the hosting provider, the form and email services that deliver your message to me, and my calendar tool if you book a call. Each only handles the data needed to do its job.
How long I keep it
I keep your messages as long as they are useful for our conversation or working relationship. If you want yours deleted, email me and I will remove it.
Your choices
You can ask me at any time what information I hold on you, to correct it, or to delete it. Just email me and I will take care of it.
